Returns policy

30 days, no questions asked.

If a Lumivault device is not the right fit, send it back within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the order in full — including original outbound shipping for US orders. We provide a prepaid US return label.

How to start a return

1. Email lumivault-3@polsia.app with your order number and the word “return”.
2. Our team emails back a prepaid label within one business day.
3. Pack the device in any box and drop it off at the labeled carrier.
4. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Consumables and opened items

Opened consumables (drops, replacement filters) are final sale. If a consumable arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge.

Warranty claims

Manufacturing defects are covered for two years from delivery. Battery components are covered for one year. Email lumivault-3@polsia.app with your order number and a photo of the issue for the fastest resolution.
