Shipping policy

Domestic (United States)

All US orders ship free with our standard ground option (3–5 business days from our warehouse in Pennsylvania). Expedited and priority options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders ship via tracked carriers in 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

Order changes

Need to update a shipping address? Email lumivault-3@polsia.app within one hour of placing your order. After that, the order is locked to the address confirmed at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace the device at no cost. Lost-in-transit packages are replaced after the carrier confirms the loss.
